CANCELLATION
ONE DAY TRIP POLICY

• In case of cancellation, 20% of total amount will be charged after booking is confirmed.
  (For booking a room with us, the cancellation is not available once the booking is confirmed.)
• In case to postpone or change the travel date Must notify 1 day before the departure date, before 15:00 pm. (No Charge).
  
• Full amount will be charged in case of "No Show" (No Refund)
  
• In case cancellation by tour according to bad weather there will be full refund.

• You can cancel trip with a cancellation fee for 50% of the total
  price and must cancel at least 7 days before traveling date.
  
• Full amount will be charged in case of "No Show" (No Refund)
  
• In case cancellation by tour according to bad weather there will be full refund
  
• The Harbor Department and the relevant port officials will take safety as a priority.
